Molecular weight: Choose 3–5 million for heavy wear and impact conditions; 2 million for general service.
Thickness: Select thicker sheets for severe wear and heavy impact. Common thickness: 10–50 mm.
Color: Black offers the best UV resistance, recommended for outdoor use; white is for food-grade applications.
Manufacturing process: Compression molded sheets feature better wear resistance and dimensional stability than extruded ones.

1.Super high wear resistance: Its wear resistance is 7–10 times that of carbon steel and 4–5 times that of nylon, with an extremely low wear rate.

2.Self-lubricating: Friction coefficient is only 0.05–0.11 (similar to ice surface). It prevents material adhesion and blockage, and requires no lubrication.

3. Excellent impact resistance: It will not become brittle or crack at low temperatures down to -269℃. Its impact strength is 5 times that of ABS and 10 times that of polypropylene.

4.Corrosion resistance & stability: Resistant to acids, alkalis (pH 1–14) and organic solvents. Non-absorbent and rust-proof, service life exceeds 10 years for outdoor use.

5.Light weight: Density: 0.93–0.97 g/cm³, only 1/8 of steel, easy to install. 6.Non-toxic & hygienic: Complies with FDA food-grade and medical standards, safe for direct contact with food and human body
